Marketing Intern

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Information Technology/Administration/Marketing/Management/Advertising/Mass Communication or equivalent
• Must have basic knowledge of Canva, and other video or photo editing tools
• Must have excellent oral & written communications skills
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized
• Willing to learn and to be trained in Sales and marketing tasks.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Creating social media content.
• Conducts Marketing Research
• Preparing marketing proposals and presentations based on needs.
• Participate in brainstorming and developing creative marketing campaigns
• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by the supervisor in order to meet operational and other requirements.

Marketing Associate

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Facilitate day-to-day coordination internally and externally
• Assist in the conceptualization and execution of marketing initiated events and activities
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
• Contribute ideas for improving marketing standards and processes
• Providing admin task support to the marketing department
• Communicating with clients and affiliate partners
• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
• Assist with maintaining website, social media, blog platforms and database systems

Qualifications:

• Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Advertising/Media, and or Computer Science/Information Technology.
• With at least 1-2 years of experience in project management or in operations department
• Capable of handling multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet short deadlines
• Strong data analysis skills and proficient in MS Excel
• Reliable & Independent. Can work with minimal supervision.
• Versatile and Adaptive. Can work with different functions and can adjust quickly to his/her environment.
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
• Strong Communication skills both verbal and written
• Willing to start immediately.

Sales Associate

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Able to network and build new and existing accounts.
• Build relationship with assigned accounts in order to retain and grow existing accounts.
• Write proposals and presentations to clients and able to sell the core competencies of the company.
• Strategize & identify revenue potential of each account and make visit plan accordingly.
• Serve as trusted advisor to clients on best practices in hospital & clinic campaign strategies, reporting, etc.
• Develop a genuine interest in your client’s business and their competitive market.
• Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
• Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

Qualifications:

• Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Advertising/Media, and or Computer Science/Information Technology​.
• At least 1-2 years of account management or business development experience 
• Ability to develop detailed proposals and plan
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
