DATA BREACH NOTIFICATION

In case of claims involving privacy breach, personal data misuse, or any issue concerning alleged violation of your data privacy rights, you shall notify us by sending an email to [email protected] within seventy-two (72) hours upon knowledge thereof, detailing the nature of the breach, negative consequences or harm caused, and the assistance or relief sought. This reporting is necessary to help us investigate on said breach and consider appropriate measures in order to avoid recurrence of a similar incident.

Your personal information may be processed by SMS, its affiliates, agents, third parties providing services to SMS in jurisdictions outside of your country which the laws may differ from the laws applicable in Philippines.
